We spent the morning looking around the town of El Nido, a cute but small area with streets full of stalls selling fridge magnets, shirts etc. To be honest we preferred being up by Napcan beach but it’s nice to see the central bit.

We found the restaurant and boutique most popular with travellers here – The Arts Cafe – and stopped for lunch. I think it’s only popular because it’s the only place in town with WiFi (which only half works). We also booked our island hopping tour (tour C) here which is one of four routes that goes round the Bacuit Archipelago.

After sorting everything out we had a chill on Corong Corong beach, just a few metres walk from our beach hut. We then decided to pop to another beach further south, Las Cabanas. This beach was reminiscent of Napcan but had more beach bars and the added attraction of the zip line. We simply chilled here and watched the most beautiful sunset:
